Purpose
LawCrown is committed to maintaining the quality and credibility of lawyer profiles published on the platform.
The Lawyer Verification Process is designed to improve trust and help users identify lawyers whose information has undergone LawCrown's verification procedures.
Verification does not constitute legal endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of professional competence.
Verification Eligibility
To be considered for verification, a lawyer must:
Be legally eligible to practice law in India.
Hold a valid Bar Council Enrollment Number.
Submit accurate and complete profile information.
Provide supporting information requested by LawCrown.
Agree to LawCrown's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

LawCrown may review:
Lawyer Name
Bar Council Enrollment Number
Practice Areas
Years of Experience
City and State
Court of Practice
Professional Contact Information
Supporting Documents submitted by the lawyer
Verification Process
LawCrown may:
Review information submitted by the lawyer.
Compare submitted information with publicly available records where reasonably possible.
Request additional documents.
Request clarification regarding submitted information.
Conduct periodic re-verification.
Verification is performed using reasonable efforts and internal procedures.
Verification Badge
A Verification Badge indicates that LawCrown has completed its verification process based on available information and internal review procedures.
The Verification Badge does not represent:
endorsement
recommendation
guarantee of competence
guarantee of legal outcomes
guarantee of ethical conduct
guarantee of future behaviour.
Verification Limitations
LawCrown cannot independently verify every aspect of a lawyer's professional qualifications, conduct, experience, or future actions.
Users should independently evaluate lawyers before engaging legal services.
Suspension or Removal of Verification
LawCrown may remove a Verification Badge if:
Information is found to be inaccurate.
A lawyer fails to cooperate with verification requests.
Fraudulent documents are suspected.
Professional credentials cannot be reasonably confirmed.
The lawyer violates platform policies.
Lawyer Responsibility
Lawyers remain solely responsible for:
accuracy of submitted information
professional conduct
legal services provided
compliance with Bar Council rules
compliance with applicable Indian laws
User Responsibility
Users should:
conduct independent evaluation
verify suitability for their legal matter communicate directly with lawyers before engagementVerification should not be the sole basis for selecting a lawyer.
